However, the concrete has to be in an extremely liquid condition. In order to create this condition, many truck mixers are equipped with a system that leads a concrete plasticizer into the concrete. The mixture is getting more flowable but the mixing ratio and the texture stays the same.

When using a concrete mixer, it is to be noted that due to the rotation of the drum it emerges a one-sided strain. That means that axles and suspension need to be especially designed to compensate the weight.
