Good to know
When are the rents due?
Our invoicing always takes place at the beginning of the month. However, the expiration dates are adjusted to the delivery date of your vehicle. For example, if you have received your vehicle on 05/01/2026, the invoice for the 2nd rental will be issued on 01/02/2026 with a due date of 05/02/2026.
Can I return my vehicle early if I don’t need it anymore?
Yes, it is possible to return the rental vehicle if you do not need it anymore. We will be happy to inform you about the procedures and conditions.
Is there a minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is 1 month.
Can I also rent a vehicle for private use?
No. Easy Rent truck & trailer only rents vehicles to professional operators.
When will I get my deposit back?
The rental deposit will be returned as soon as the vehicle is restored to its original condition after the rental. Any damage caused by force due to improper use will be repaired by us and these costs will be offset with the provided deposit. In addition, we are still waiting to see if toll protocols will follow. These costs will also be offset with the provided deposit.
The remaining amount will be refunded afterwards.
Can I have my vehicle insured through Easy Rent truck & trailer?
Yes, for short-term rentals we offer our all-round carefree package as standard. The insurance is included in the monthly rentals. For rental solutions with longer terms, the insurance can also be provided by the renter upon agreement.

Does Easy Rent truck & trailer also offer maintenance contracts?
We will be happy to provide you with an offer for an appropriate maintenance contract with the manufacturer.
