Mobile crane – aim high under construction

The mobile crane is also called crane vehicle. It has a telescopic jib crane which is located on wheels or crawler tracks.

Telescopic cranes are suitable for short and changing employments. They are fast on the application site and are used for lifting works of all kinds. They have a load of over 1200 t and are able to reach 100 m high.
Crawler cranes are used for transporting the lifted load, because crane vehicles on wheels are only able to transport minor loads. They also do not need a bracing. The general application fields of crawler cranes are civil and plant engineering.
